Help & FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions from our Patients
A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) manages primary, stable chronic and acute illnesses or injuries for all ages from prenatal care and pregnancy through all stages of life including end of life planning and care. FNPs are independent providers federally and locally in the state that work under their own license due to the advanced level of post graduate education and training.

An Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP) manages complex chronic, acute, and critical care illnesses and injuries for ages 15 through the end of life and other work in hospitals or specialty medical offices. ACNPs are independent providers federally and locally in the state that work under their own license due to the advanced level of post graduate education and training.

Primary care is the provision of integrated, accessible health care services by licensed providers that are trained in the specialty who are accountable for addressing the large majority of personal health care needs, developing a sustained partnership with patients, and practicing in the context of family and community care.
The provision of immediate medical services offering outpatient care for the treatment of acute and chronic illness and injury within the same day. Urgent cares are generally separate from primary care as same-day care centers are generally associated with a primary care office that can also follow-up with the patient for ongoing care.
Some of the most common complaints by patients are their lack of timely access to their healthcare providers. Get Well Now offers after hours and weekend appointments for patients that need primary care or same-day/urgent care access. Mark Hinde FNP, ACNP has vast knowledge and experience managing most chronic conditions and acute illness or injury. We always love to have patients to make us their primary care provider but also happy to help with urgent health needs such as short term medication refills, injuries, or illnesses that require immediate attention.
